Jen Byer leads Ascot Privé Group’s Strategic Engagements & Reputation practice, advising global CEOs, senior executives and high-profile talent on reputation, relationships, and participation in moments that shape influence and public standing.

With more than a decade at the center of executive leadership and global sport, Jen has worked directly with Fortune 100 executives, major sporting organizations, and world-class talent on strategic communications, partnership development, and high-visibility engagements. Her experience includes shaping executive presence, advising on participation at major global events, and curating private forums and speaking opportunities where relationships, narrative, and credibility intersect.

Jen’s work is advisory by design. She helps clients decide where to engage, who to engage with, and how to show up — ensuring engagements are intentional, aligned, and supportive of long-term goals rather than reactive or transactional.
