Meet Ascot Privé

Protective Program Development

A family with a seasonal residence on Martha’s Vineyard sought to enhance the property’s protective posture ahead of their summer stay. The home regularly hosts extended family and close friends, with staff operating year-round to maintain the estate. While the location offers natural privacy, the combination of seasonal visitors, local events, and public ferry access presented potential vulnerabilities that required discreet but effective mitigation.

Summary

A California-based Fortune 100 CEO travelled to Milan for a 5-day visit centered around the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Monza, combined with private business meetings, hosted dinners, and off-record discussions with European partners. The client required a discreet support structure to manage secure movement, logistical fluidity, and protective coverage — without disrupting the pace or privacy of the visit.

Context & Requirements

The itinerary included multiple engagements per day across Milan and Monza: corporate meetings, informal investor dinners, hospitality attendance at the F1 circuit, and closed-door sessions at a private venue. With high-traffic conditions expected around race weekend and elevated interest in the CEO’s presence, the client requested full-spectrum oversight — including secure routing, venue coordination, protective monitoring, and redirection capability. Movements needed to remain efficient but low profile, and the support team had to integrate seamlessly with a personal assistant and corporate staff already travelling with the CEO.

Outcome

Ascot Privé deployed an executive protection lead with prior Monza and Milan F1 experience. Secure vehicles were pre-positioned across both city and circuit locations, and dynamic movement plans were designed to accommodate traffic spikes, last-minute schedule shifts, and variable meeting durations. Liaison was established with hotel management, restaurant hosts, and event security to streamline access and preserve privacy.

Throughout the visit, every movement — from business meetings in Milan to VIP trackside hospitality — was executed with precision, discretion, and total alignment with the CEO’s expectations. By maintaining constant operational control in a fluid, high-visibility environment, Ascot Privé ensured that the visit delivered strategic value and uninterrupted presence without friction or compromise, while handling all security and logistics for the trip.
